The starting point within all sports and disciplines is core strength and balance. SkiYo uses simple and effective yoga exercises in combination with ski technique and ski training. It links the technical and physical demands of skiing with peaceful but powerful movements of yoga. Breathing and concentration exercises ultimately bring the program to fulfilment.
